How to request a shipment status check
Send the order reference, available tracking numbers, last update date and a screenshot of the status. Identify the stage covered by each number: delivery within China, international transport or local delivery. A missing update alone does not explain a delay. Shipment details are needed to investigate, and the local carrier’s number may become available later.
Which tracking number should you use?
These are shipment stages, not live status updates for your parcel.

A domestic delivery scan does not mean the parcel has arrived in your country. If an update is unclear, send the order reference, tracking number and date of the last status.
