Help with buying in China
Send links from 1688, Taobao, Tmall or other Chinese marketplaces. Specify the product variant, quantity and quality requirements. We check the seller’s minimum order, availability and conditions before payment.
What makes up your quote
Products + buying fee + international shipping + agreed extra services. The indicative buying fee is 9%. Payment costs depend on the method: discuss T/T, Stripe, Alipay or WorldFirst with our team. Never send funds using unconfirmed payment instructions.
Inspection and seller returns
After warehouse arrival, we check visible specifications and quantities within the agreed scope. If something does not match, we contact the seller before international dispatch. Returns depend on seller policies and item condition; warehouse inspection is not product certification.
What to prepare before purchasing
Send the product link, quantity, colour, size and destination country. If you need a sample, say so separately: the seller must confirm availability and pricing. Disclose batteries, liquids or other special characteristics before payment. Ask for separate figures for the goods, delivery within China, purchasing commission and known additional costs. Agree on the final terms before transferring funds.
