Start with a precise product brief
A product link is only the start. Record the exact option, colour, size, quantity and any packaging requirements. If a listing has several prices or variants, send the selected variant rather than assuming the lowest displayed price applies to your order. Ask us to check availability and the seller’s minimum quantity before payment.
Choose buying assistance or forwarding
Choose assisted buying if you want us to coordinate purchasing and pay the seller. The estimate uses a 9% buying fee as a reference. If you already buy and pay directly, choose shipping only, then request the warehouse address and marking instructions before sending goods. The two paths have different responsibilities and should not be mixed in one quote.
Confirm the whole budget before paying
Ask for a breakdown of product cost, any domestic delivery, the buying fee, payment-channel costs, international shipping and optional warehouse work. The calculator excludes payment fees and special packing. If dimensions are not known yet, the weight estimate may change after packing. Confirm any DDP arrangement for the specific shipment.
Check the goods before they leave China
Send domestic tracking numbers so arrivals can be matched to your order. Agree on photos and inspection scope; inspect the findings before approving international dispatch. This is the practical moment to raise a missing item, wrong variant or visible defect with the seller. Keep your order details, photos and payment records together.
