Separate the cost lines
For assisted purchasing, start with the seller-confirmed product price, then add the buying fee and international shipping estimate. Check domestic delivery to Guangzhou rather than assuming every seller includes it. Payment-channel fees, repacking, additional materials and special handling may be separate items. Ask for all agreed charges to be listed in the order confirmation.
What the 9% example means
For CNY 1,000 in goods, the indicative 9% buying fee is CNY 90. If a 5 kg general-goods shipment to Ukraine is charged at the CNY 80/kg air reference, freight is CNY 400. The displayed subtotal is CNY 1,490 before excluded extras. In shipping-only mode, no buying fee or product cost is added: that same freight estimate is CNY 400.
Keep currencies and payment fees clear
Moldova sea freight is quoted in USD while product costs and the buying fee may be in CNY. For CNY 1,000 of goods and minimum general-goods sea freight, show CNY 1,090 + USD 500. Do not treat that as CNY 1,590. Confirm the settlement currency and conversion basis with the team. T/T, Stripe, Alipay and WorldFirst arrangements and fees must be confirmed for your payment.

Check the payee details directly with the team and match the request to your agreed order. Retain payment confirmation. DDP charges are included only when that package is expressly agreed; it does not mean every shipment or product is exempt from taxes.
