Get receiving instructions first
Before placing a direct order, contact us with the goods category and destination. Ask for the full Guangzhou warehouse address and the order-identification instructions. Do not copy an incomplete city-only address from the website. Special goods need transport approval before they are sent.
Tell us what is arriving
Send your list of orders, sellers, expected parcels and domestic tracking numbers. Keep a note of which goods belong to each parcel. If several sellers are involved, tell the team whether to wait for all purchases or prepare a partial shipment. A domestic delivery confirmation is not the same as completion of warehouse checking.
Approve checks, consolidation and packing
Agree on inspection scope and review the available photos. Decide whether to keep retail boxes, combine parcels, add protection or split items into separate shipments. Extra work and materials require a quote. Basic storage follows the existing service terms; special goods or storage requirements need confirmation.
Request a shipping-only quote
Choose shipping only in the calculator and enter the packed weight and dimensions. No buying commission or goods price is added to this estimate. The team will still need an accurate goods description and value for handling and shipping documents. Confirm local delivery, route availability, DDP terms and extra charges before dispatch.
