The operator is JETON EXPRESS SERVICE (HONGKONG) LTD. When you contact us through Telegram, WhatsApp or email, you share information with that service and our team. We may need contact details, product links, delivery addresses and order information to handle your request.
Purpose and requests
Information is used to respond, prepare quotes, fulfil orders and resolve delivery questions. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details in messages. Contact [email protected] about processing, correction or deletion of your information.
This site and external services
The calculator runs in your browser and does not submit input values to our server. Copying the inquiry template writes text to your clipboard. No advertising or analytics trackers are installed; WordPress uses technical cookies for administrator sign-in. Telegram, WhatsApp and carrier websites apply their own policies.
Inquiry drafts are temporarily stored in the current browser tab, separately for each language and estimate. They are not sent to our server and do not create an order. Forgetting a saved draft removes it from storage while keeping the text in the field until you navigate away or reload. Downloaded inquiries and saved PDFs remain files on your device; share them only with your intended recipients.
