Keep one order list
For each seller, record the product link, selected variant, quantity and Chinese tracking number. Get the warehouse address and labelling instructions before dispatch. Keep each parcel linked to its products: a recipient name alone may not be enough.
Reconcile warehouse arrivals
A Chinese carrier’s delivered status does not confirm that the warehouse has checked the complete order. Ask the team to reconcile received parcels against your list, identify missing items and agree the scope of photos or inspection.
Compare waiting with a split shipment
If one seller is delayed, request two estimates: ship the ready items now, or wait for the rest. For each option, confirm packing, warehouse work, storage terms and minimum freight charges. Consolidation does not guarantee savings.
Agree which packaging to keep
Confirm whether retail boxes are needed for resale and what protection fragile goods require. Do not request removal of all packaging without checking. Batteries, liquids and other special goods need approval for the chosen route before packing.
Confirm each package’s weight and dimensions
After packing, request the package count, actual weight and outside dimensions of every box. Enter up to 10 cartons in the calculator, with weight and dimensions for each. Weight-based routes compare actual and volumetric weight per carton; sea shipping to Moldova uses the combined volume. Repacking requires new measurements. Send the complete package list to the team for a confirmed quote.
